Terms and Conditions for Event Booking

  • Booking Notice: All event bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.​
  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of RM1000 is required to secure your event date.
  • Service Charge: All package prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
  • Private Party Hours: The venue will be closed for private parties from 6 PM to 12 AM and will reopen to the public after 12 AM.
